I came to see Nigel for Anxiety and Needle phobia, and he has been brilliant. After the initial consultation Nigel listened to my issues, and tailored the sessions to suit. He has a great soothing voice for the hypnotherapy sessions, which helps to put you at ease, and he is keen and understanding to listen, and help you with your problems. After the sessions I have noticed a great improvement in my overall anxiety and the way that I feel. I am much more confident and outgoing, and although I am yet to have a needle, when the time comes I feel I will be more relaxed. A great bonus is Nigel is able to record the sessions and email them to you, so you can listen to them again at home.

Nigel explains the process and what to expect from the sessions. If you want to get the most out of your sessions then be 110% honest with Nigel about what it is your visiting him for and need help with, don’t leave anything out, he’s not easily embarrassed or shocked about what you tell him. He really is fantastic at what he does and I would not hesitate in seeing Nigel in the future. For those that are skeptical about hypnosis please take my word for it, Nigel can help you and help you find peace with whatever difficulty you are experiencing.

I decided that 47 years of hysterical behaviour whenever I encountered a syringe or injection had to come to an end, especially if I wanted doctors and dentists to stop refusing to treat me. I was referred to Nigel Keegan at Right Minds and have to admit, I was very skeptical at first. However, when I walked into the doctor’s surgery for a blood test a week after my session and calmly let the nurse stick a needle into my vein without crying or lashing out at her, I realised that this hypnosis thing actually worked.
