Dlp ..Solicitor..waste of time ..they take long time plus they r not Solicitor advisor most of trainees ..my case was handed trainee advisor. Kyle padley .he took long time around two year .and then told me I am sorry you will disappoint but I am closing your case the dentists broke needle in your tooth .and they accepted and I removed teeth is well ..no win no fee mean ..they work slow in case get money from legal aid ...I went yesterday Solicitor office he told me this case is 100 percent winner case .so I told him ..if you win done with 50t50 he said ok ...know guess ..dlp ........r worse advisor .not Solicitor...believe me .........so better private ..and stay away from dlp ....

Exceptionally rude staff in their Southern offices. Do not trust this company at all.

I contacted DLP last year after I had a very bad experience with my Dentist after not doing treatment right and told me I had to pay to have the treatment again. Since i had the treatment the dentist was taken over by a new dentist and no longer had all my records. DLP emailed me saying that due to lack of evidence and the fact their director has a personal relationship with this particular dentist, so will not be able to take on my claim due to conflict of interest. very disappointed as after hearing advertisements on radio I thought they sounded really good. So guess I just have to deal with my dental work being of poor quality as a dental law firm wont take on the case

NEVER send this firm anything, they will insist on it being sent by recorded post & never reimburse you.. I would insist that they send a courier, make the parasitic ambulance chasers pay , and inconvenience them as much as possible. They insisted that I sent my notes for a patient by recorded delivery. I had to drive 12 miles to a post office wait for half an hour until they reopened after lunch , don a mask & gloves & pay 6.30. I asked them to reimburse the postage. This was not forthcoming I have rung them twice & never been rung back.

A very good firm, everyone very helpful, clear, and also honest. I was never told it was definite I would get compensation. All information provided was clear, and I was made aware that I could contact them with any queries, which I did. They were always helpful, and I did get compensation. So thank you everyone there who helped with my claim.

Absolute waste of time and money grabbers. Try speaking with solicitors to get told a verify of excuses. Receptionist say solicitor on leave, gone from office, is on another call, will ring you when available to no avail. Would defiantly use other solicitors and would never recommend these even if they'd offer there service free of charge.

I submitted a claim for dental negligence approximately 1 year ago. I went in with the approach of; I don’t have the money to fight this case and anything I receive is better than nothing. There is a fair amount of waiting time with little contact; however this is due to time frames defendants have to reply, and a lot of time involves the law firm trying to get medical records (which can take months). I have today been offered an amount to settle without going to court and after the maximum free deduction % I am very pleased with the amount I will be guaranteed to receive. The terms and conditions of the agreement are straight forward enough to understand and overall I found the process easy. As stated before, it is just a waiting game. Some advice for those looking to make a ‘no win no fee’ claim- Be patient, and accept that if you want to go down the route of no win no fee you have to accept that an out of court settlement is probably the best way for both yourself and the law firm to make some money and compensation. Thankyou dental law partnership! - without you I would have been none the wiser, out of pocket and most likely never have received any compensation for years of poor and deceptive dental treatment.

Brilliant people. Claim took a few years but was certainly worth it. Maybe now I can smile when I've sorted out the remedial treatment needed. I have been failed by dentists since a teenager when I begged for braces but was given giant lollipop sticks instead and told that my teeth would miraculously move into correct position!! No chance as too many teeth for my jaw. Multiple extractions followed. The best thing about this was that I did not have to pay a single penny in legal fees!! I cannot thank DLP enough :)
