Disgusting. Tried to call, can not get through. Food arrived with hairs in it bag opened, food not sealed, delivery driver no mask etc shouting outside my house. I would say absolutely NO Covid precautions taken what so ever, which is worrying to be honest. Freezing cold, had prawns in the food which requested none specifically. Something missing, something added that we didn't order. Due to the cross contamination of someone's body hair we had to throw away. Don't ever give a review unless I'm overly impressed with a service however, on this occasion food awful or not, the hairs and bad hygiene had to be shared.

Ridiculously busy. Called my order at 17:53, told it would take an hour. I'm now standing outside at 19:15, in a massive queue with no prospect of getting in in the next 20 mins. I don't mind if they're busy, as long as I know, when I turn up my order will be there to pick up. Edit: I've finally got through the door after an hour of waiting. My order hasn't even been started. \We missed it...\ So another 20 mins at least! Don't come when it's busy they just can't cope.

We've been regular customers for about 4 years. Food is always great and service is always excellent. Never had a single issue with either the food or the service. Cannot recommend highly enough.
