Unbelievably poor in today’s world! telephone automatic system holds you for 25 mins to speak to a clinician then curtly cuts you off with system error please call later . So try email !!! Nothing posted so no email . Try to register on line nerf an activation letter and call same number ! I will call around now
What a pathetic doctors messed with my medication for months either I got 1 set of tablets or none every month I have to phone to find out what's happening stay clear people
Whenever I have called for an appointment, the doctors have calls in a reasonable amount of time and same day appointments have made.
DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU. promise to call you back but never do. Been waiting over 6 hours now for a “call back within the hour” absolute JOKE of a surgery. Stay well away.
