I have been working with Tom (virtually over zoom due to lockdown) since January 2021. I am also miles away geographically and don't particularly like a gym environment so zoom was something I preferred. Initially, as a total beginner, I just wanted to loose weight and get fitter ready for my wedding later in the year. Tom has taught me that it's so much more than that. The sessions at home have been really flexible around my work and family stuff too. I understand so much more about toning and nutrition than I ever have before. It has become more about my body and health than weight loss and I am so much fitter and healthier for it. Never thought I would say this bit I am also really enjoying it. After some sessions, I do want to punch him, but after a shake off of the sweat and when I see the results in progress pictures or get a compliment that punch reaction eases . In between sessions Tom keeps in touch and checks in with me to see how things are going. Helping with nutritional advice is super helpful for a carb addict. During sessions Tom is motivating and keeps things fun, tough at times but with a laugh too. For me that's the important part. I have lost quite a bit of weight but really healthily and without feeling like I am hungry. I am genuinely just a lot fitter, more toned, and feel great. 4 months in and I am definitely sticking with Tom and can't recommend him highly enough.

Tom is a top class trainer! I’ve been trying to improve my leg strength for some time without making much improvement. I had never considered working with a PT before but started training with Tom a few months ago and I have massively improved my strength, stability, range of motion and general fitness! Tom has a great ability to keep the workouts varied and to quickly adapt the exercise to make sure that the correct muscles are being targeted while keeping you working towards your overall goals. I can feel the benefits not only in the gym, but also when riding my horses and just in general life! Thank you️Tom!!
Tom has been my trainer for the last 6 months, he's helped me achieve and smash all my goals. Truely professional, providing lots of great tips, insights and motivation that would make you push beyond your boundaries. Sessions with Tom are hard and challenging but always leaves you coming back for more, very Addictive...lol..
Tom is a first class PT. He has a fantastic understanding of the body and how to train successfully and safely to improve, without injury. We have trained with Tom for over a year and would recommend him. He has a great approach to motivation and training. I have recommended him to a number of my friends.
Would highly recommend Tom for PT sessions. I was very nervous about going to the gym, as I’m very self conscious and lacking confidence. Tom has so much knowledge of fitness & nutrition, and has the ability to put your mind at ease. His encouragement has made me feel ‘I can do this!’
Brilliant trainer. Tom listen to my goals and worries and puts together great training sessions. I have already started to see results both physically and mentally. Tom is always on hand with advice and encouragement. He pushes me to my limits and keeps me motivated throughout. Tom makes every class fun with different challenges. Always looking forward to what he will have planned for the next session.

Tom is a fantastic trainer. Very knowledgeable and brilliant at adapting exercises for the various injuries I have. He keeps the training varied and fun but still gets results. I would highly recommend!
