I had a wonderful experience at Quest Diagnostics in Nanuet. The staff was very friendly and professional. Also, they are great at their jobs. It is run very proficiently. I was in and out quickly. The waiting room was large and clean. I was comfortable from the beginning of my visit until the end. I would not hesitate to tell my friends and family that this is the place to go for your lab needs.

I walked-in to do regular blood and urine test at 11am on Thursday February 4 2021 It’s already 12:30 and they not taking any walk-in patients at all I would not recommend to anyone visit this place without appointment They just doing minimum part of their job with no extra intentions Can’t hold urine need to leave this owfl time waste location

Registered for appt at 12pm. Secured the appt for 12:39pm. 5 people allowed at a time in waiting area. More than 10 were inside!!!!! Mgmt doesn't regulate how many people are in small waiting room!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. And Appt time means nothing!!!!!!! Joke

Awful. Website and order specifically say “Walk ins are always welcome.” Not at this location! Walked in at 3:25pm - apparently they wanted to leave early, as they close at 4pm. Refused the walk in despite NO ONE else being there. And the lady was nasty to boot. Quest, stop apologizing and pull it together!
