Bottom line, look no further - hire Showcase Wood Floors! After numerous estimates, we decided to go with Eric and David. Despite their estimate coming in on the higher end, they were using better product and we felt more comfortable working with them. They patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions during their initial visit. They're professional, conscientious, and hard working, and they delivered on their word. Our floors look absolutely stunning, a gorgeous custom color with a finish that should withstand the test of time. Worth every penny, they absolutely exceeded our expectations! (Before and after - haven't added furniture back yet! Note that the pictures were taken in different lighting)

Eric is a craftsman - someone who takes his projects on, as his own, and works to create masterpieces. Friendly and reliable is an understatement. Far too often craftsmanship has been lost. This is not the case with Showcase Wood Floors. Eric is someone you want to hire, for he will bring the beautiful finished product of his craft to your home.
The floors in the house I bought were dull, dark and scratched. They clearly hadn't been refinished in 20 years, if ever. I wanted them done before I moved in, but didn't have anyone, so I tried Showcase Floors based on the strength of their reviews. I gotta say, Eric really breathed new life into these floors. When he was done the scratches were gone and the wood was its natural, lighter color. The difference is night and day. Also, he was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time and got the job done when he said he would. He was honest about what he could and couldn't do, and I'm more than satisfied with the results. The photos 'm posting are not professional quality, but they give a good idea of the before and after.
I cannot tell you how happy I am with my gorgeous new floors. Eric was so professional and turned my 40 year old disgusting wood floors into new beautiful floors. I highly recommend using him. Amazing job!!!! Thank you so much.
