We procured the services of HD Media Africa (Benson Photography) for our wedding on 4th April 2019 and we have been disappointed to say the least. The photos and video were OK but there were MISTAKES on Names and the DATE of wedding despite these having been written down. There were also key photos missing though they were taken (we posed) during the present giving session. The bride's procession from Ngare Ndare to Nanyuki was only given \u003c20 secs in the video and only the bride's car was captured. The video did not capture anyone eating [food was the most expensive item on our budget], can you believe that?). We raised all these issues with Benson who promised he'd send additional photos, edit the video to include our suggestions and correct the mistakes in names and date. It's been about a month since we raised these issues but all he has since done was add a few photos. To make matters worse, he's now NOT ANSWERING HIS PHONE nor responding on Whatsapp (despite blue ticks). Needless to say, I would not be writing the negative review if Benson had been truthful and addressed the issue we raised. Surely, who does not answer their client's calls? I GUESS HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIS WORK or CLIENTS and this can only be concluded as UNPROFESSIONAL. If you have to take him, then perhaps don't pay the full amount before you have verified the work and are happy with it! Unfortunately we could not follow-up physically considering we live in Kilifi and his office is in Nanyuki. Don't fall for 'Mheshimiwa' title!!!
