I love Metro for my shopping. May be alittle more expensive then say food basics or similar but always clean, I find they great deals on meats or whatever. Customer service at the bakery and seafood area is awesome. Never had a bad experience there. Oh and less of a wait during this so called pandemic were going through which is a huge bonus.

I get alot of attitude from a number of people that work at Metro!!!... And I think most people would understand what I mean by this... There are great people that work at metro too, just overshadowed at times...
Thank you Metro Napanee for maintaining such cleanliness and great care to keep customers safe during the pandemic. I appreciate your bakery staff who are genuinely helpful and so nice to deal with. Thank you for stocking your store with quality, Canadian produce instead of the cheap, factory-farmed American stuff that the discount grocery stores feature. Thank you for carrying quality meats and not the water-injected poultry carried by No Frills and other discount type stores. Your store prices are higher, yes, but we shop the sale items and enjoy good food, good health practices and good service from your store!
