Dutchman Heating and Cooling are my go to for any issues that arise with my a/c or furnace. Had a new a/c system installed with them this past summer and just had my furnace touched up with them. Jose was amazing. Super friendly and explained everything every step of the way. He was thorough and out in less than an hour. I have nothing negative to say at all about Dutchman.

I want to say how grateful we are to Jaimie for going above and beyond the call of duty this morning by getting us onto the schedule at the last minute just to accommodate our schedule. Jose' was our service technician, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient; and the best part was he suggested a pricing structure that included a 2 yr Maintenance contract which offered us a discount on the parts today, and waived the service call fee, so we got the most bang for our buck! It's so refreshing when you work with a company that has world class customer service! Thanks again, Vikki J

I have used the company since I moved into this house three years ago. They have always been straight with me on needed repairs or when repairs do not make sense and I should think about new items like my humidifier. They take the time to go the extra mile and answer all of my questions. This is even on other topics not necessarily in regards to the service call.
