Purchased a Groupon to here for my wife and she has tried to schedule an appointment for over 2 months without a single callback. There are tons of good reviews on Groupon, but not sure how people actually got in to even be able to give a review, so I’m calling B.S. I get that COVID has changed things, but a simple call-back is just common courtesy, let alone good business practice. Lost a client forever and will actively recommend people to NEVER use this place. Now I have a ton of “Grouponbucks” that I have to find a way to use.

I got a Groupon on December and I tried multiple times to call to scheduled an appt and is going on voice message. Today I called my groupon voucher.

Please for the sake of your own sanity. Do NOT go here for any professional services. This company is a scam. They get you in for one appointment and take your money and then NEVER contact you again. I called repeatedly for two weeks to reschedule my appointment and left 4 voicemails over that period and they NEVER contacted me. I am thoroughly disappointed with everything that took place and this company need to be reported and shut down.

Same thing happened to me.. made an appointment over a month ago and got a call when I was 5 minutes away they were out of product. If it happens to you, complain to the BBB.. this business shouldn't be open.
