I enrolled my child at the Kumon center earlier this year to improve his math skills for school. At first, he felt as if the work was too easy, and he was confidently flying through the packets. As the work got harder, I was worried he would feel overwhelmed and want to quit. When I spoke to him, he expressed a confidence I hadn't seen from him before. He continues to push himself everyday through the homework. Without Kumon, I don't feel as if he would have ever found that inner confidence I see in him now. I highly recommend at least taking your child to get a placement test and speak to the instructors.
