Paul was incredible and the process was seamless! We had an incredible amount of damage to the exterior of our home due to storms, and Paul was able to get it all repaired. The outcome was spectacular, and the process was hands down EASY! Thank you so much everyone who helped with this, we are beyond pleased with the service we received!!!!!

Midwestern Adjusters just finished installing my new roof and gutters. I’m no roofer but it looks like they did a good job. One thing I do know is my insurance would not have covered the wind and hail damage that caused the need for a new roof. I tried to file a claim with State Farm and got a terrible run around. The first adjuster from State Farm announced as he got out of his truck “There is no hail damage here. The date you said you had a storm had no hail here”. I did have serious storm damage however. I’d had bids from three roofing companies and all three said the insurance should pay. I escalated the claim with State Farm and still got nowhere. They were going to send one of their “engineers” over to look at my roof somehow thinking I might believe a denial from an engineer even after not believing the two State Farm adjusters that incorrectly declined coverage. I told State Farm that I was tired of the runaround and was getting a Private Adjuster. I had gone around the neighborhood and seen the work Midwestern Adjusters contractor, Elite Restoration, had done on some of my neighbor’s houses and was impressed with the workmanship. I mentioned Midwestern Adjusters during the last phone call with the Claims Manager and told him he would be contacted by them. The next morning the State Farm adjuster called me and said “Well pay for your roof”. He also said we wouldn’t really need a private adjuster. We did however hire Midwestern Adjusters and Elite Restorations and now we have a new roof. I am a very happy customer.

Midwestern Adjusters did an amazing job replacing our roof and gutters. We had some water damage on our ceiling in our foyer and i knew it was from a hail storm. “There’s no way insurance will cover this” i thought. Enter to the picture Paul. He not only made the entire process simple for us, everything was covered under our homeowners insurance!! I didn’t have to make any phone calls or make appointments with our insurance company. Everything was handled by Paul. The installers did a wonderful job and cleaned up so nicely afterwards. I can’t recommend them enough.

Really great experience working with these guys! Silas did a great job explaining our coverage and options to us. Really made picking out our roof and gutters easy. Teddy Blanco also was amazing at getting us a reinspection after our insurance initially denied us. It was great to have someone fighting for us. Would 100% recommend!
