I have had issues with this facility years ago. I am sorry to say they have not gotten better. I had an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. You are not able to speak to a person it is a kiosk you sign in on. Their were 2 walk in's sitting in the room. The tv showed a walk in before me 3 minute wait. I was next as an appointment with 5 minute wait, which would be my appointment time. The next walk in 16 minutes. Another walk in arrived. He was last on the screen with 26 minutes (I may not be exact on the last 2 times). Hit my appointment time, I went to first on the screen with 3 minutes, the 3 walk ins listed after me.. It is now 20 minutes after appointment time, no one coming out, no one going in. The tv screen goes blank. Hmm, what is going on. The 3rd walk in is called back. The 1st walk in, starts tapping on the window with something, she goes to the back. I am now up to 35 minutes waiting. More walk in arrive. The 2nd walk in is getting annoyed like me, he walks out and leaves. They then call the 2nd walk in name, the guy who walked out and left Ok. You all remember I had an appointment. More walk in people are talking to people working their, like they are being called back. I ask what happened to my appointment, I'm told that they will get to me. I'm 40 minutes in past my appointment time and getting ready to walk out. I'm sorry, none of the walk ins were emergencies. So what good is making an appointment if you do not honor them? BTW they turned the tv screen back on after the 3 original walk ins were taken care of. Of course their was my name first with 3 minutes to wait; 40 minutes after my appointment time.

I had to review, because the reviews are generally so bad it almost scared me off of going here for a blood draw. I'm glad I decided to go, because it's the nearest Quest to me and was a good experience. I self-ordered my own test from Direct Labs and arrived at the Quest location just prior to their opening at 5:30 AM. I signed in with the tablet at the counter, was the second person there, was attended to right after the one person ahead of me (who had a quick draw), and I was in and out for my draw in mere minutes. The employees were all pleasant. Maybe they could have called my name a little louder - I noticed that was the complaint of some other reviews - but I still heard my name being called. I left maybe by 5:45 AM, and there were already people beginning to come in at a more frequent clip, so first AM is better if you can stomach the early morning.

This is one of the many great locations of quest diagnostics. They have great staff, very clean and professional. They are handling social distancing and covid cleaning procedures very well. Go here if you can!

Every quest diagnostic location in this area is complete trash. The employees are incredibly rude and not helpful. You would think they’re mining coal with how much they hate their jobs. My household has had several experiences there; for school and work purposes.

The employees at this location are re xtrmely competent, professional and nice to deal with. IT'S THE WAY THE COMPANY ITSELF TREATS ITS DIRECT USER CLIENTS! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS...ACTUALLY THEIR SYSTEMS ARE NONFUNCTIONAL FOR THE CLIENT WHICH MASKS EVERYTHING ELSE THEY OFFER UNDER A PERCEIVED CLOAK OF HORRIBLE. SHAME on you Quest
