Great service! The staff was super helpful and friendly, and Dr. Kumar and Dr.Kaur was fast and did an awesome job. Will definitely recommend this location. Thank you so much!! I was nervous, but it was a great experience start to finish. I was worried that it would be hard for my child, who squirms through every doctor and dentist appointment, but they put her right at ease. They had us in and out so quickly, she didn't even have time to fuss. The results were much faster than I expected, too, compared to the other places that I looked into. I hope I won't need more testing in the future, but if I do, I know where to go!

Timely, above and beyond professional, and competitively priced. Radiance diagnostics completed my Covid test for travel in an exceptional and timely manner. The sample collection was quick, but what really amazed me was the office's attention to detail in filing the report with the Chinese consulate, such as making sure the name on my lab matched the name on my passport (or risk not having the health pass processed) and taking photos of my taking to test to submit to the consulate.

They are very friendly and that made me feel great. They also provided valuable information about the procedures of going back to my country. After collection, they gave me some KN95 masks, and I felt so warm. Great!

This lab is really great. Working staffs responses very quickly on the Facebook. They even respond to me out of their office hours. And they give a very great service. The lab is clean and they work very efficiently. I highly recommend this lab.

Highly recommended! Clear instructions, extremely helpful staff, and they have the fastest turnaround time in Chicago for Chinese approved labs (10-12 hours). They also helped on 2 separate occasions to send additional documents when the consulate was asking for them.
