I can't say enough good things about The Assembly Authority and the staff. They came through with what they promised in a timely and professional manner. They technician Raoul was so easy to work with and did a great job. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone who needs to have a Lifetime Shed put together and installed.

I had Carlos as a technician he was very Professional and very personable he came in with a mask put my elliptical together and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely hire them again when I need something put together
For our location in Missouri, our first available installation date was multiple months away. We took the date. On the day of installation, no one showed up. I contacted customer service via email, and then received a call from their local contractor who said, "I'm on the injured list." He said, they (Assembly Authority) just called me and told me to call you, but I guess you call them now. I then called and emailed customer service. They said they did not have another contractor available in my area, and refunded my money. I appreciate the refund, but we just waited multiple months, took off work for the day of installation, and had a no call/no show until I took the initiative to call them. It is now spring, and I do not have this giant playset assembled. If I had the time, talent, or knew of someone to set it up - I would have started there. Extremely disappointed, but not near as disappointed as my 3 little girls.
I honestly can NOT believe what fantastic people from the first call to the end of this project I had!!! I changed my schedule date...immediately helped me change to an earlier date!!! Ashley kept in contact throughout the whole process!!! Thank you will never be enough!!! The assembly guys like booked setting it up!!! 3 and a lil bit hours for a 17.50x8 shed to be done!!! AMAZING!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! :-)
Highly recommend The Assembly Authority, Inc. I will use them for future use with any installs and highly recommend to my family and friends. Alexis and Madison were so helpful, professional, and on-it! with all my needs and requests! Angel, the technician, in Southern California, is also AWESOME! SO knowledgable, and he took the time to explain everything to me so I understood completely. Honest and very good at what he does! WHAT A GREAT TEAM!

From the first day I called to purchase your service to the moment your technicians, Veronica and George, left my home after assembling my new treadmill, everyone was amazing!!! They assembled my treadmill within 30 minutes and as soon as they left I used it for 40 mins. and it worked perfect!!! What was even more great was that after they assembled it they gave minor details about the product and how to care for it properly before I opened the manual and everything they noted was mentioned in the manual. If you want a company who is courteous, professional, friendly, on-time and KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING with your equipment installation, this is that company, hands down!!! They were recommended by the company I bought my elliptical from. Due to Covid, the manufacturer has suspended on site assembly. But Ashley who helms command central at Assembly Authority couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. She found someone in my area and put me in touch with him. Roy got here within a few days. He was extremely nice, efficient and neat--in and out within and hour, including my brief lesson on how to use the machine. Great team, and now if they could only make sure I use it every day!! LOL.
