Bad customer service, was in there Saturday. Manager and another staff member did not even look at us and continued there conversation. Tried swapping a gift Pandora bracelet for another size. After approaching one of the younger staff members, she had to ask manager, and the manager said they couldn't, yet Pandora has told me they should have!! They had the same bracelet listed on the stores website. Two younger staff members were kind and only ones appearing to work, cleaning jewellery and shelves. Maybe make one of them the manager.

Wow!!!!! Beija Flor has changed my mine on sending a voucher cards They made it so personal beautiful hand written ( my ) message , so pretty card , wrapping. Customer service is 2nd to none. I was trying to buy a bag and am quite fussy but the lady who served me was outstanding very helpful, most retailers would have given up after I'd rejected her 2nd option but she made me feel welcome (even though it was 30 mins before closing on a cold rainy Friday night). Ended up buying some earrings, and will definitely return to buy more. Such excellent service in a shop is rare these days.
