Cargo van had one headlight, no cargo barrier, a bad rear windscreen wiper... and the directional tires were mounted the wrong way
Attentive to my every need and have provided service beyond anything I would expect from an Avis, Hertz etc. Stayed open for me on a Sunday beyond hours and instant attention to keys locked in car are just two of many courtesies. Top notch people and my mainstay for a rental (6 or 7 times a year) in Napier. Would not rent from anyone else. BTW, I am not related to the owners in any way.
