Friendly but completely useless. Took me for a ride three times. First time was for a service, overpriced and had to bring it back in a week regarding my radiator. Which I already knew what was wrong with it but they kept mansplanning me so I thought I'll take their word for it and bring it back in anyways. I than booked it in again for a different reason that wasn't resolved at my service and was told to bring it in and I qoute "we will look at it and check what we can do about it" to be told when I arrived they couldn't do it that day, so I booked it the day they will check my radiator. The third and final time, I took it in they said it will be a couple of hours and they will call when ready. It was about 3hours before i went back and not only it was sitting there, I didn't get a call to say it was ready and absolutely nothing was done to it. No explanation regarding my radiator or the other reason. I traveled from hastings to take my car there because it had no bad reviews unlike the one in hastings. Was looking for a place to be able to take my cars too regularly, I guess yous ain't it. They really disappointed me, wasted my gas, money and time.
