We hired two cars for us and our daughter and her family from Napier airport. The staff were so helpful and courteous - customer service par excellence. The cars were just what we needed and the requested booster and baby seats were all fitted and ready for us to drive away. All in all a first class service. Do not look anywhere else for your rental car needs.

What a great experience renting a car through Rad Car Hire Napier. Good old customer service, lovely people, spotless car and great rates. Keep up the good work guys, if we ever sail back through Napier we'll book again.
