I visited the Stihl shop in Napier to view a mini hand held chainsaw,I was so impressed that my viewing went to purchasing.On trying it out at home ,trimming a hedge two 6m high palm trees I was so impressed that I went back and purchased a second one and gave it to my Son for Christmas.This is the best portable handtool I have had since battery drills happened.Thank you Stihl.

ME: Can you please order me a new handle for my weed eater ,its a FS36 .STILL SHOP:Thats a pretty old weed eater ( stating the obvious ) we might have one out the back but we are not going to have a look for one today ! ME:No worries just see if you can order a brand new one for me and i will come and collect when it shows up. STILL SHOP :Nope you will have to bring it in for us so we can fit it ! ( a handle ) ME:Its all good ill cope with a handle ( engineer for 25 years ) STILL SHOP:Well thats the only way its going to happen just bring us the weed eater so we can fit-(not even bothering to check if they can get one or had one ,but i suspect it was about being able to change me for for the fitting also.ME:I just wanted a new handel :( -found one on line in 5 mins 22 bucks )

Visited Marty and his team at Stihl Shop Napier for my new Weber Summit Charcoal. Marty and his very knowledgeable team really looked after me with the Weber. Service was excellent as was the follow up a few weeks after purchase. I’ve since been back to get some additional items for the Weber, the items Marty didn’t have in stock he ordered and had them to me within a few days.
