To start with the front desk staff are extremely unfriendly, then told they have taken pictures of the car and even if you take your own photos when You pick up the car to prove any existing damage that it won't be acceptable. Then even when you return the vehicle with no damage and a full tank of fuel, they still charge your credit card. Do not recommend, car seats where also stained, overall very disappointing

As I waited for my husband to get off the plane my daughter was playing near the kiosk. She ventured toward the office door of trifty and a lady swiftly tried to close the door. My daughters fingers were in the way and I pushed the door open to prevent injury to my child.Rachael, the lady present was very well aware of this. Some words were spoken and she basically shooed me away waving her hand like I am some kind of degenerate. I cannot believe the manner in which she spoke to me. I am completely appalled at her behaviour. My child is only young and she doesn’t know any better. For this reason I would never use this service.

Beware. They charged us 545.00 usd extra after we turned in the car. With no proof or explanation sent. We are currently now spending time requesting all he information from thrifty. Don't trust them. No matter how trusting they may seem. Take your own photos and make documentation of everything.
