I just became a first time owner of a Lincoln and took it in this week for service. I was greeted by Garret who became my service advisor. He was able to get me into a loaner car and my car was ready in the late afternoon. There was a small issue when I picked it up. Leslie Sass and Justin took care of it right away. These three individuals went above and beyond to take care of me and made sure everything was right before I left. Everyone here is so friendly and really care about the customer. I love my new car and am looking forward to doing business with Germain Lincoln.

Pick up and deliver when service was completed with no charge. In our current environment iy means not having yo leave the house for senior citizens. Which we are.

This review is specific to the service department billing. In short...you have to tell them that you are using 'points' to pay for a service. We opted for the dealer to pick up our car and provide a free rental until the repairs / service were done. Enterprise needed the CC information to make a small reserve until the rental was returned. The issue is really twofold....I had 'points' enough for free service, however they did not tell me that (we are new to Lincoln and their points system). In addition they grabbed my CC information from the Enterprise rental agreement. When I realized that they had processed an unauthorized charge 3 business days had gone by. They said that they could not reverse the charge. Surprising since they are such a large dealer in this area. I've turned the issue over to our CC company. 3 phone calls to them and 1 to the CC company. I probably have 2 hours into this. I'll find a different dealer for my future service. Update. 3 days after talking to them....they will issue a credit, however it could take up to 3 days for the credit to show up. Odd that the unapproved charge was instant, but the credit will take 3 business days. I'm still leaving them at a 1 star because I've not heard how they will change their CC procedure.

Worst experience ever at a dealership!! We walked in wanting to buy a Navigator or Aviator. We asked the woman at the front desk for assistance. She said there were no Navigators and the one Aviator in the showroom was sold. She obviously didn’t notify a sales person to assist us because we walked around the showroom and entire lot and not one person offered to assist us. Several sales people were sitting in their office without any customers. After 20 minutes we left. We will take our business elsewhere!
