I purchased a used Tesla Model S from this dealership and it was never disclosed to me that the vehicle had prior damage. The Carfax showed no prior accidents, however the dealerships Service department should have noticed this when the car was on the lift. Anyone with eyes could have seen the bolts holding the front bumper cover on - reference the pictures. The salesperson and sales manager never mentioned this to me prior to purchase. After about week one, week two, of owning, the paint from the front bumper began chipping off and now looks like popcorn.

What a great experience! I know what car I wanted and our salesman “G” was so helpful and got us in and out without any hassle. Very professional, super helpful and friendly. Great team they have! Great staff from receptionist, sales team (Antoine), manager (Preston), and service staff (Tyler). While I waited for papers to be completed from finance they had the best donuts in Naples to accompany my cappucino! Simply the best place to buy or lease your new car! They also give complimentary car washes when you purchase from them. That is a nice feature as my last Infiniti was from a different dealership and was always dirty, lol.
