Pathetic level of customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend looking at other dealerships. It's not worth the stress. Allow me to add an edit to this review for other potential customers. The sales manager tried to tell us that the prices on the Carfax website was actually the wholesale price of those vehicles. That should highlight the lack of integrity and intentional misleading tactics of their management. Avoid at all costs. There's nothing they can do to reconcile this. First impressions are lasting impressions.

Updated review not only did fort meyers mazada take care of the situation that Naples mazada swore was not under warranty but they also told me that Naples mazada does this to customers alot say it's not covered and try to hand you a 3000 bill my lawyer has now gone and put in complaints to the better buisnes bureau and complaints to the state lawsuit starts in September against this store good job to the owner of this organization that allows this. Here is proof rims covered under warranty with the tires that went bald with 8000 Miles on the car. Thank you fort meyers mazada. This is still not over.

I called the dealership yesterday inquiring about a vehicle that was newly posted. I requested a copy of the carfax, and some photos because they had a generic photo on the advertisement. I was told by the salesman that their photographer had not taken photos of the vehicle yet and that he was working on getting the carfax. I asked him to email them to me as soon as possible. Today I inquired again about the information and was told they had no photos but that they would text me the carfax. Once I received the carfax I saw the vehicle was involved in an accident. I immediately text the salesman that I was not interested. For the next 15 minutes the salesman executed an onslaught of reasons to buy this vehicle. I politely wrote that I wasn’t interested. I felt he was berating me because I wasn’t interested in the vehicle. His tone was sarcastic and disrespectful. This is not a good way to earn business. Management needs to conduct some retraining.

I have the e mail, & text that prove they knowingly LIE during the sales process. The answer when caught is oh well we mis spoke, did not communicate that clearly etc all code for LIE. I have been outside dealership last 2 weeks walking with protest signs the stories I have heard & video that has been shown too me pf their service department is unbelievable. DO NOT BUY HERE stand for the right thing not liars

Mike was incredibly patient, friendly and non pushy. I am always wary of car salespeople due to negative prior experiences (no offense to the many amazing automotive professionals out there) but I can't say enough good things about how hard he worked for us and how pleasant he was to work with. Mike is not a "no" person like so many salespeople are. He is an "I will do my honest best for you" kind of guy. And he never made us feel like we were asking stupid questions or being unreasonable in our offer. It was a privilege for him to be our salesperson. Rob & Melanie Naples, FL
