I have tried really hard to be patient...no answer, no call, terrible customer service...11 days and no test results My suggestion would be that you find a better way to communicate with your customers. They deserve a modicum of respect and consideration.

I was refused to be seen even after stating I would pay cash due to an insurance issue. After the girl at the desk spoke with doctor and they decided it would take too long to see me before closing!

I was left a message that I was approved for a CT scan and it would be 145.35. When I arrived and checked in I was told to get as close as I could when I took cash out, since I dont have change. I gave them 146 and then.my bill was.listed at 146. It's only .65, it isnt the money it's the principal. How can a conglomerate like millennium not have change. To me that was horrible, the staff for ct was great but not a good way to start.
