The building isn't finished and is very dusty all over from the construction. The guards and building staff aren't the friendliest people, barely get a smile out of anyone. Our landlords were horrible and kept our security deposit even though we handed the apartment back in the same condition if not cleaner than what they gave to us. Not really a foreigner friendly building in my opinion.
