I had a nice stay there. For its price it's totally fine. The breakfast was good, there were apples, cake, tee, cereals, juice. The owner gave me informations about everything and was friendly. Had to wait 20 min when I arrived, but heard of other people that they had to wait longer, that can't happen! Most of spaces were clean, but for example the kitchen must be more hygienic! Sponges of the sink were old and there was a lot of old stuff in the fridge, disgusting. I really liked that there are lockers in the rooms you can use for free. Also the eating room was nice. For one of the cheapest hostels it's totally fine and you have to lower a bit your expectations.

Very helpful staff. The hostel is worth the money. Handy located and quiet. Close to the sea cost. And they have a lovely dog in the reception. Breakfast

I was booked with my sister for 2 days in this hostel. We got there during the morning and the host said that she didn't have beds for us (she overbooked) so we had to pay more for our 2 days stay in another place. We had to remind her to cancel our stay or we wouldn't receive our money back. About the owner, we tried to talk with her during the morning and at night but it was not possible since she wasn"t there. Really rude with us. Not a good experience.
If I could put zero stars I would. When I tried to find the hostel the people on the bottom floor told me the authorities had closed it down. I went up anyway to see as I’d already paid. Paid for a smaller room but got shoved into a full room anyway. Filthy dirty, shower doesn’t work, no blanket, barking dog, didn’t get breakfast I paid for but after seeing the kitchen that was ok. The lady was very rude on the phone and just repeated her answers louder and louder instead of trying to help. Can see why it should be closed.
Good rooms but looks old. The hotel is in 6th floor and to operate the lift during Monday till Friday you need to put 5 cents inside a box in the lift. At reception they give you the coins if required but first time you need to have or to take the stairs to 6th floor. It is in a good location. Close to everything and walkable distance to most of the key places in Naples. View of port is excellent. It is good for kids to watch the ferries and cruise ships arriving to the port.
the hostal is a good deal for the money you pay, but its weird. Didnt feel 100% safe there, there were always weird looking people in the reception area and be ready to run out of hot water in the middle of your shower. But then again, for the money you pay, you cant complain. And the location is amazing with most rooms overlooking the port
