Not quite 5* as the brochure says, probably 4* however the staff are amazing and really look after you, especially Mario, who is a real asset, its close to most amenities and is affordable, I loved it and would more than likely stay here again if I am in Naples.
Nice stay, welcoming staff and good location. Definitely an old style 4 stars hotel, from the moquette to the ugly elevator to the hairdryers from the 50s... they made an effort to modernise the hall. Other than that big rooms, comfortable and clean.

Went there for business. good valule for money Suitable for long or short stay both for business and leisure. Well connected, kind and helpful staff; Free WiFi (which is rare in Italy) is a definite plus in addition to well equipped, clean and comfortable rooms.
A below average hotel with depressing rooms. Right after check in we asked for early checkout because we didn't like it at all but they said we had to pay for the entire booking. No bathroom slippers, lizard in the room and only one iron to be shared by everyone staying there. I would recommend to look for better hotels.
Had a terrible experience staying in hotel serius. It is very different from what it looks like in photographs. Substandard unwelcoming rooms, impractical washroom design with very small shower cabinets, no space to keep toiletries and a very small ineffective hair dryer which sucks your hair inside. The coincerge services were not very hospitable and the gentlemen at the reception was very transactional and not friendly. My stay in the hotel was a nightmare and on day 2 my friends and I checked out for better options. Poor ironing facilities and very limited breakfast options. Poor privacy since the elevator opens in the direction of some bedrooms. We booked for triple bed but actually got mediocre twin beds with very uncomfortable mattresses. Surprising to know it is a 4 star. Poorly located. Can find much better options with better value for the same amount of money in more central locations in Naples.
