I don't like to give bad reviews, everyone makes mistakes or have a off day but when you are stuck in a hotel room for 14 days for ROM. Can't leave the room and the only lifeline you have, is the hotel phone . When something happens, like you didn't get your order for dinner, that you paid for in advance or the hotel sends your order to the wrong room. The coronation between the Hotel and the Nex Food court is lacking in alot of areas. The Nex Food court wants you to used the app for ordering food but it is different for each store. This information isn't available, until you call. The way things are done isn't right. Remember you are stuck in a room so you would want everything to go smoothly. Not calling the front desk because you never received your food or better yet your dinner was on the floor. The hotel apologized for the food being on the floor and the misunderstanding but the mistakes keep coming.

My TV never worked but the location is good. The staff is very helpful. They have breakfast every morning. I had a room w a balcony and small kitchen area. It wasn't bad at all

Not very well shown but the majority of the rooms do not have stoves and are a bit more dated in terms of style. I have posted pictures of the majority of the rooms which are in the annex building. These room do not have stoves, the AC/heat is not alll that good mostly due to bad seals at the doors and windows. You also get to know when every aircraft takes off from the airport across from the building and practically every conversation and dog barking to exist near your room. The main building is far better but only makes up a 5th of the available rooms. The redemption here is the cleanliness of the rooms. The annex rooms are bigger but unless you have more than 3 ppl together just go for the main building as its the only building the gateway likes to showcase for good reason.
