The service was outstanding, we were treated like family by the staff and given tips on how to navigate the city. The hotel is perfectly located in the city and is close to everything. The only negative thing was the size of the showers, but besides that everything was great.

Located near the historical area, but much cleaner, and safer than other parts of the city center. which very dirty. We spent five nights in the hotel. We had a nice week in Naples and stayed in St Eligio hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us information how to get around in Naples. The hotel is nice situated and at walking distance of several highlights and public transport. The rooms are clean.
The personal is really nice, the location is great. The Internet is not so good and the hotel look little but all, but for the price and location is more than OK.

Very few people could speak a little of english. They told us during the check-in that breakfast was served until 10h30, but they called the room(waking me up) at 9h15 to ask when I was going to have it. It's a residential street and there's a small restaurant just next to the hotel which is basically full all the time and people there were speaking loudly and sometimes screaming at each other. Churches ringing bells every 15m in the morning was also kind of annoying. WiFi didn't work at all, there was signal but no internet connection. Bathroom was a bit old and the drain in the shower was severely blocked as water gets higher and higher as the shower is open.
