Very close to the train station. Perfect for late night arrivals as you literally just cross the street. The lobby and restaurant area are very nice. The rooms are good, our beds were 2 single beds put together. Dog friendly. Breakfast was included. The restroom is filled with full size hand soap, shampoo and body wash. Check in and check out was a breeze. The outdated thing in the rooms was the telephone, but you don't really use it anyways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants right down the street.

Great location if you plan to use the train and metro often! The bus from the airport drops you right across the hotel. Super convenient location. The area is a little sketchy during night time and its littered with touristy restaurants. Its about 30-40 minute walk to main attractions in Naples but with the metro literally steps away, it works! Rooms are clean, spacious but without iron. A little loud if you face the street but otherwise a lovely charming hotel. For the price and location it was a good choice.
Great location and the hotel and rooms are very good. Only a minus, at the check-in, while I was already paying in cash I was asked for a card authorization of the total amount that would be refunded....10 days after! This is non sense, if I pay full in cash why would the hotel charge also my card and keep the amount for 10 days? This process has to stop.

Rooms very nice. Lots of restaurants and shopping steps away. Very clean. Went to in-house restaurant on Saturday evening. Only ones there. Do not eat there. You have 2 wines, a red and white house wine. Advertised a nice chicken and sauce in elevator, but then not available. Brought out some grilled chicken slices. Wife wanted a margarita from menu, did not have ingredients for it. Bottom line, use street restaurants like everyone else.
Very overpriced for the area. Have stayed in other Starhotels all over Italy before and the service at this one was just terrible in comparison. Being a 4 star hotel in Italy, they wanted to charge guests 5 euros for using wine glasses in the room!! This was completely ridiculous and after arguing with them they agreed not to charge but still wouldn't send the glasses up to the room and we had to go down to the lobby to open out bottle of wine and get the glasses. Not what you expect when you are paying 4 star prices AT ALL. Also they charge 4 Euro for still water (not from the minibar) which is priced at 1 euro in the supermarket. I understand charging double as it is a hotel but 4 times is just nuts!! The bathroom had two worms which was really gross and disappointing. Again not expected in a 4 star. The area around the train station is very dirty and unsafe so you would think they would price themselves well and the service would be worth the high prices, but you would be greatly mistaken. I am definitely never coming back to stay here.
Clean, tidy, elegant hotel. Not much character but then you wouldn't expect much from a chain hotel. Very convenient location for the train station, 1 minute away from the platforms. Rooms quiet despite the city centre location. Good range of breakfast food but quality not great. Check in and check out extremely slow and fussy. I think we got unlucky with a new guy on duty but their system didn't seem conducive to doing anything quickly.
You may hear the noise outside the room and the noise of other guest from their room. The hotel doesn’t have iron so if you are traveling for a business and you prefer to have a well-pressed suit, better that you find other hotel. The only advantage of this hotel is it's distance from the train station.
