Been a lot of car washes this one is one of the best. To attendance high pressure wash all the loose debris dirt etc from the surface of the car before it goes in. They have visible signage that light up to let you know that you're getting all the options that you selected. The car came out completely dry which is very unusual for this type of car wash you normally have to wipe it down with a rag or towel. I selected the top of the line with wax and boy was that car bright when it came out I was very amazed you could see yourself in the surface.

Been changing my oil here for a few years now. Last time I went In a new kid changed my oil. Less than a week later. My engine was pumping oil out the exhaust and so quickly that it ran out of oil while driving cause engine damage and timing damage. 3000.00 later my car is normal again. Never will I ever return here for anything ever again. Me and the finance company contacted them about it. The stated “ the owner will be here on Monday , we will review the footage and if we are at fault we will make it right “. They never called back. I heard two other horror stories at Autozone that happened the same week while picking up parts for my mechanic. Same issue. Less than a week later they had to put Engines in there vehicles. Steer clear of these guys.
Edit to add I read your response. Give Matt a call back. It has been around a month. Would not get my oil changes here. I want my car to keep running. Also very poor customer service when an issue is reported to them.
Wonderful service! And prices are AMAZING too! They don't fake anything wrong with your car or bring false parts out they tell you exactly what's wrong if anything is, and for even the basic check you get a complimentary car wash! And it's all great quality!
Just for like 3 nails that y have in the bed off my truck can't get my car wash !!!! For real just lose a good costumer!!
