There had been a miscommunication between staff on what was a hugely busy day, at 9am when I placed the order to go with the rest of the funeral flowers they were preparing for to leave by 10am. The result was not quite the flowers I thought I was having delivered, a much smaller bouquet for the original large price which had me very disappointed. When I brought it to the attention of the owner, she was very gracious and apologetic and dealt with the issue beautifully. The flowers were still beautiful and her service faultless. Mistakes happen but she went above and beyond to rectify the issue, which I really appreciated. Thank you Flowertechnics, I'd not hesitate to use you again :-)
