Tried LCM because close to Mt Gambier and no other choices locally. Dropped off bike 2 weeks early so they could start service as soon as possible. Checked that they had serviced KTM 1290 previously and was assured they had. Job finished about 3 weeks after starting. Delays due to cam tensioners needing to be ordered. Ordered from Blue City which would likely have had to order from Kessners resulting in further delay. No communication. I had to ring several times to check progress. Picked up bike, which started nicely and ran well. What disappointed me was lack of communication, the fact that they had NOT shimmed a superduke previously, changed oil and filter that I had told them Id just done and replaced primary plugs which are supposedly good for 100k( id done 30k) This ,with extra labour would have added an extra 200 bux to the bill that came in at 1240. Removed parts not supplied. I hope they fitted the correct primary plugs. I supplied the new secondary plugs. Best in future to write down exactly what you want done.

Genuine interest was given to me when I enquired about a product they were selling a catalogue was given me with prices for the product I was interested in also I needed to visit the store next door and was given permission to leave my car in their parking area this I consider care for their customers I give them 10/10 for thoughtfulness definitely visit again.
