Paul Williamson is an employee at bp Narangba petrol station and what an outstanding employee he is. He is always always so courteous and polite and extremely helpful. His has an natural ability to deal with customers and is upbeat and and very friendly. The service station is extremely fortunate to have a person like Paul working for them. In my opinion he is one of a kind and a rare find to serve the public. His personality is exceptional and he has the ability to light up the station with his customer service skills. He always has a great smile for the customers. Thank you Paul for ur amazing ability to do what you do ur just ,SIMPLY THE BEST .. well done

15 minute wait just to pay for fuel. The only two employees serving were the ones doing coffee orders. Two other staff standing in a corner chatting and just looking at the 10 customers lined up for fuel payments. Worst BP garage have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to visit. Owners need to either get more staff ot get out of the business. Will be advising corporate businesses to boycott this garage.

The so called manager of this servo is nothing short of a rude, sour old woman. They way she speaks to the staff and customers is nothing short of horrendous. If you hate your job so much lady... just leave. Ignores ques of people waiting while often one other person is working trying to juggle everyone lined up. Just terrible customer service. On the other hand the ladies and gents making coffee are amazing. I guess I'm lucky that I only see the cranky, nasty woman occasionally . I feel sorry for the guys that work there...

Used to work here still go in regularly for my fuel and coffee, well tonight I was rudely abused by a staff member who I had issues with when I was employed, left due to this same staff member. This time I will be taking it further. Management don't care and no point complaining to them coz nothing happens.

No working toilet with a lock. Told it was ok to use by one staff member then scolded by another saying there is no working water and should not have used it. There was water, toilets and taps worked fine, there was just no lock or even a latch to the door. No sign on door either to warn customers attempting to enter while I was using it. Upon exiting a peculiar traffic cone and bar barrier was moved to barricade door after I used it but still no sign was put up. Food and coffee was pretty good, but service on which bay to order and pickup was unclear and not friendly when I showed confusion. Two staff were pleasant while two other where either plain unhelpful or not pleasant. Not to basic standard for a customer facing role.
