We have been using Express Pallets for 2.5 years now, and have found the service and personal attention to our individual requirements beyond any expectations we could have expected. The owner Steve personally came out to our site to see how we were setting up our warehouse and answer the questions we had with regards to larger oversize pallets and the storage issues that resulted with using an old walker stacker. A big thumbs up from us for price and old fashioned personal service.

My custom builder ordered 7 crates of EXPORT QUALITY from a lying scumbag called steve (the "manager")..a week later the boxes arrived just to find that they cut them into the wrong size so they took them all back just to return the following week with the right size crates but instead steve tried to screw the builder out by cutting corners and giving him untreated wood which in return moulded up in a week and caused AUD10,000 worth of damage to the items inside.The timber crates where fraudulently stamped as being heat treated but the lady in the office confirmed in a phone call that they where not and steve was doing what he always does and shifts blame onto others including the client. After the builder complained steve,the lying scumbag said that it could have happened due to where they where being stored but that was quickly taken out of the equation as there where timber crates there for over 5 years and not one bit of mould ever attacked them.He told my builder that he will re do them AGAING but when the crates turned up they cut them WRONG AGAING and this time they tried to blame the lovely lady in the office but it didn't work out for them as she had it all written/emailed up and he could not get out of that one.It was also evident that they where not going to take responsibility of the damage done,till today. Shocking to say the least but you cant expect much out of a company that allows its mangers to dish out racist remarks to their office staff to the point that they left the job 18 months later.. If anyone reads this please note that there are pics of all the damage done and recorded tel conversations backing up this nasty expensive ordeal.
