The team are all friendly and provide excellent service. Lisa is awesome, she is professional and I trust her advice when it comes to my eye health.
whilst the experience with the optometrist was excellent and I would completely recommend that part of the business, not so much the process of fulfilling the prescription. The process was all about making a sale, not about consultation and options. When I was quite upfront trying to give fair and reasonable feedback there was a moment where this could have been salvaged, but instead the (I presume) manager stepped in and started having a crack about shopping centre brands and how their process is superior. Her approach was unnecessarily defensive and instead of listening, just wanted to score her points. We took our scripts and left. This is not a partnership between the prescriber and me. I understand the limitations mathematically for some frames and I will rely on your expertise and advice but I am not going to be instructed on what frames I will have. Also don't do hard sales on me. That will never work. All in all not a great experience. A pity given that there are a lot of positive reviews of these guys.
