I have had a storage unit at Fort Knox Narangba for quite a few years and then got a second one a couple of years ago and now have had to hire a third. The service from Richard is second to none, nothing is ever a problem and the storage units are always well maintained and clean. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to securely store their belongings.

Richard is the best storage manager you could ask for. The place is well kept and he is readily available in business hours. I even needed to down size at one stage and he was very helpful and patient with me. I had under estimated the area I needed and he came over had a look and reallocated for me straight away as though there were no inconvenience at all. I have used storage previously, that experience was nothing compared to this. I can’t thank Richard enough for making this time such a pleasant experience. I was having such a hard time being without my stuff, as he could probably tell by the multitude of times I popped over, picking up & dropping back off.
Great customer service, really good communication and nothing was a "silly question" for this first timer, would recommend, good price too.

I am currently using Fort Knox Storage Narangba, QLD to store my stuff for next few months. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Richard has been so helpful & nothing was too much trouble. They are reliable, trust worthy and professional, not just that they also look after you when it's comes to price. I would recommend Richard and Fort Knox Narangba to my family and friends
They are fantastic as I had my stuff in storage for 10 months never had an issue for that time management gave 5 star quality service these guys are great if you need to store anything come and see these guys as nothing is a hassle and thank you Richard at fort Knox Narangba
