Bought a jumping castle for daughters birthday. They said secondhand and working condition so might need to clean for a couple hours which is fine. But when we blew it up the whole thing was covered in mould. We rang the vendor to inform him because wouldnt want young kids jumping in there, even after we cleaned it for a couple hours because a lot of mould wouldnt even come off. And that was the visible mould....the most concerning part was what mould was not visible to the human eye or the mould spores potentially that would be inhaled by small children. When we contacted the vendor he went off at us and started arguing on the phone and didnt want to give us any help whatsoever... Now we re stuck with a castle in our garage thats creating a mould colony with no idea what to do with. Would not recommend this company to anyone to purchase from.
