Physiotherapist are brilliant, however, the booking receptionists unprofessional an make appointments then later call an cancel to say they’ve overbooked or can’t do or no longer do?? So very disappointing and extremely annoying, I’m very annoyed to the point I will no longer use

Saw Justin for a painful shoulder injury. Immediately identified the issue (not what I thought it was) and went to work on me. When I hurt it I was thinking at least a month out of the gym but Justin had me back in 2 weeks and back to full weights in 4-5. Best physio I've worked with.
