Please be aware that you have to pick up your goods from a completely different location to purchase. In my case several hours away. Very upset that i was not made aware of this on purchase. I would not have purchased the lounge. Also got very unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend Nick Scali!

They are just a joke, I can’t believe how inconvenience they are, there are sooo many other furnitures store in Brisbane with similar price and much better services for deliveries, pick up or installations.... with better quality furniture...will never shop with nick scali again..it’s a shame, you guys should think about how to improve your services rather than open more show rooms
The van driver needs to read the road rules tailgating on highway indicators not working either. Hyundai I load van you know who you are.
Terrible service! Was first in line and had to wait 10 minutes before anyone bothered to service my pickup despite me ringing the bell every minute. Some employees saw me but ignored me. I do not recommend you go there!
After talking with the receptionist we thought we were going to have trouble getting our goods but to our surprise the loading dock guys were most helpful
