I went through the drive thrust about 11:45am today and a girl with long, blonde, straight hair served me. It was clear that she was very busy, it looked like she was on the counter shift alone, and she looked a little overwhelmed, however, she was so kind, polite, gave me her full attention and gave excellent customer service.

The service lady was scrolling on her phone as she was serving us. Poor customer service. Store was pretty dirty.

Roast chicken meal, well chicken was good, roast veggies left a lot to be desired , appeared to be a small handful of potatoes. Chips were passable

Ignore the bad complaints, I previously worked there for 4 years where all food and customer service was well acquainted for. When there is only one delivery driver to suffice for the whole of narangba you can expect a wait, be patient rude people. All the staff have been respectful and courteous I can vouch for all of them; we just don’t put up with Karen’s who think they know better.
