First-rate. Absolutely first-rate service. From my initial cold call to Michelle, then the subsequent booking of an installation of a gas cook-top, the arrival of Justin and Tom onsite, and the completed install; everything was first-rate. Very professional service, great guys, talented tradespeople and a seamless quality installation. If there was a word or term other than first-rate, to describe the service Justin and Tom provided, the word would be... Sensational... Recommended. 10/10.
Installed new gas LPG gas line and new gas stove top. Extremely happy with the service from start to finish. Turned up when they said they would. Well priced. There was an issue that was not their fault and they sorted it out promptly with no cost to us which was awesome. Justin and Aiden were both lovely and very professional. They also cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber / gas fitter. Liz

Nicole is the best plumber I have experienced. She is professional, polite, informative and very customer-focused. Nicole was the 4th plumber to address the same problem I have had for approx 3 years and the first one to take the time and trouble to show me the problem, demonstrate what she did to fix and, best of all, teach me basic maintenance to ensure the problem doesn't re-occur. Customer service means that you teach the person the tips and tricks of the trade to ensure the problem is addressed and minimise the chances of it reoccurring; thanks Nicole! I hope that she is the only one who comes to fix all future plumbing problems from now on. A real gem as far as tradies go!
They did an excellent job of installing our dishwasher which required extended water pipes. No fuss, just a great job well done.
