Absolutely great place and the team are even better Absolutely love there service food was great (Italian BMT) even went above and beyond to make sure I was ok as I was on a bike and it Absolutely pouring down with rain asked if I would like to sit inside where it was nice and dry can not say thank you enough to the team there. greeting me on the way in and making sure I had the best possible service and experience with them. The cookies where amazing :)

If I could give no stars i would. The lady that is the franchisee is absolutely horrible and it appears a lot of people agree. Her husband on the other hand is absolutely amazing, great to have a chat and a joke with him whilst ordering a meal... but its just not worth going there any more to be spoken down to and treated like an animal. There's lots of customers going to burpengary subway just to avoid her. Burpengary subway has outstanding customer service and I recommend anyone wanting subway in the local area head over there instead... you won't regret it!

Great Subway! It is always the highlight of my day when before school I drop in and after getting my food the lady asks if i want a bag FULL of the broken cookies!! Great food, great customer service and I wouldn't have it any other way!!
