Went to take a look at this place today. This place that sells vinyls to, you know... make signs. Which ironically didn't have a sign out the front to say the shop even existed. Instead they leave it up to you to determine which building is the actual shop. Logically it would be the big front building, but alas, no signs. And I'm not really one to go knocking on random doors, especially during a pandemic.

Not 100% happy with the product but the service was good. I had problems peeling the backing paper off the permanent vinyl I bought and ended up spending more time getting it off than I did on the whole project un to that point.
Are not helpful at all and rude, do not go above and beyond to help you keep up with demand their new click and collect policy is a joke 24/hrs wait for something so simple. Will not be shopping here again and even if you have just left the store with the wrong product they will not exchange for the correct product
Received my order promptly, which was great. Unfortunately that was the end of my positive experience. Be very careful that you are very Confident in what you are ordering- they will not Exchange (note - I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an exchange). I dealt with Tahlia, who was at best, very unhelpful, bordering on rude. Very disappointed, and will not be ordering from them again.
Horrible customer service. Happy to take my money but not respond to my feedback about products or enquires as to why the vinyl did not come with a transfer sheet.nor was it stated anywhere that you needed to purchase one sep Paid for express shipping (next day delivery and it wasn't delivered )
Cannot recommend Vinyl World enough! Excellent service, products shipped perfectly and so quickly! Will only shop with Vinyl World from now on.
Was incredibly surprised to see negative reviews on here - my order arrived promptly, was spot on & the quality of the acrylic blanks and vinyl I ordered were great. Will be ordering from here again. :)
