The product was OK, but having been given a quote various extras were added. I agreed to the extras but guess what? The extras were not provided. There were also one or two errors in the fabrication. Nothing insurmountable but having paid them to come and template not what I would have expected. I asked for the extras to be refunded and John agreed, but then failed to provide the refund and now ignores all emails. To cap it all I gave them a tip so left feeling a right mug! So on balance, work OK, but take care you are not ripped off.
