I found what I wanted, with zero help from the staff. I have found this to be very typical of the Norauto stores. Bezier is the worst, they are just rude. Narbonne they just don't seem to care. 3 stars just because I was so happy to find rivets for my new number plate. Edit - I went again on 1 Sep 20 and the guy that served me was super nice!

Went in to get my brakes looked at, which they did. The guy who phoned to say the car was ready informed my they would have to order the parts and to return for the quote. On my return I was treated to some abrupt and dismissive service, and then given a paper stating I needed to have my windscreen repaired and told to go to the shop next door. On closer inspection they had given me someone else's quote, just because it was the same car! I'll take my money elsewhere.
