One star is being generous...I deposited some items for sale with this company in August 2019. I have heard nothing back from Paul Quintana to date regarding the above. The contact email portal is not answered on their website. They do not answer registered letters nor do they email when requested to to do. They have returned my watch in a rather tatty leather travel case. This is not my travel case. Mine was marked with an indellible marking. It is not present on the one returned to me. This leather case has been swapped over for the new one I left with the watch. This is a very dishonest practise.

Wow!! Went here yesterday with my new watch as it needed the strap increased in size! The lady promptly took the watch, increased its size and returned it to me within 5 minutes at no charge. That is what I call fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend this shop and it's staff.

Venu pour une simple pile d’une montre bien modeste... j'ai été accueuilli comme pour un bijou de grande valeur, alors que d'autres vendeurs ou poseurs de piles avaient renoncé à ce travail. Dommage que le parking soit aussi éloigné car je suis vieux et j'habite hors de Narbonne.
