As I was just about to write a recomendation of Ab Fab Floors, as they have just finished my floors yesterday and we are thrilled.with the results. I noticed the comments just listed earlier today - this cant be about the same Company or people. My job is immaculate and Greg did over & beyond to our floors. It seems someone is trying to ruin the good name of this business with a bad report & I would of imagined words so damaging can only come from another Floor Sanding Company trying to ruin the Brilliant name of Ab Fab Floors.
Ab Fab Floors are a professional, approachable and great customer service team. The result of our floors were beautiful. The whole process from begining to end was a stress free and a positive experience. We appreciated Mel and Greg’s humailty and support whilst working around the mechanics of the floors being done. We will definitely be using Ab Fab Floors again! High recommended!
Whilst nice enough people, the workmanship was terrible, noticeable gouged edges of room, swirl marks everywhere, many small particles stuck in polyurethane, and uneven finish, even after getting them back for 4th?? layer. Gouges timber on all of our painted thresholds.. And to top it off now have to repaint entire house as Greg has managed to get polyurethane on all skirting as well as doors and walls (we have since got floors refinished by another supplier to resolve some issues however couldn’t afford to spend another 4.5k to completely redo.) STEER CLEAR!
Cant speak highly enough of the service i received from this business. There promptness in quoting was impressive and the workmanship was excellent. The finished job was superb and i can highly reccomend them. Nothing was to much trouble and i will use them again for any future flooring work. Highly reccomended. Thanks greg.
